How to bid


To be considered for an advertised property, you need to express an interest in it, known as making a bid. You can bid for three properties per fortnight. You can bid for homes in one of the following ways:

Bidding by telephone

Bidding by text

Bidding by coupon

Bidding by internet

You can also make a bid by calling into a Council or Housing
Association office in the sub-region.

All libraries in the sub-region have access to the internet, which you can use to bid for available properties. You need to be a member of the library in order to access the internet there.
