Some customers have had problems logging in to the system in the last week because of passwords not being accepted. If you have created a password but it does not seem to work, please click on the link below the password box 'I have forgotten my password'. The system will email you a new memorable date and password to log in with. The password will not be a recognisable word, so it may be easier to copy and paste it into the password box.
Your password must only include letters and numbers, nothing else. There must be at least 2 capital letters, 2 lowercase letters and 2 numbers.
